We are an independent CRO operating out of the U.S. that conducts preclinical drug research in state-of-the art, GLP certified testing sites in Kiev, Ukraine. Our testing sites are supported by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Ministry of Health and provide support for for-profit development of new drug discoveries as part of their core mission. The CRO was founded to provide the high quality, lower cost services of these research sites to start-up bio-technology companies in the U.S. and Europe, thereby offering a smart option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We provide a wide range of preclinical research including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharmacological screening, bio-availability , bio-equivalence , and extensive in vitro and in vivo screening for anti-cancer activity.
Our preclinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other Contract Research Organizations because we maintain a very low overhead in the USA and perform all trials in Kiev where labor and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States is comprised of only of the company principals who work directly with customers; we have no promotion expenses other than our web site, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev, UA due to much lower personnel rates and are happy to provide our best rates for longer and more complex pre-clinical tests where labor is the most significant part of the overall cost. Since we use the same stable international providers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory materials as other CROs, we don’t have any cost savings on these materials and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical studies. However, regardless of your trial protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the best possible value for their money.
